You can expect to talk to a live person. We will hear what you have to say and work with you over the phone to schedule a time to address your plumbing situation that is convenient for you. We will make you aware of our process and what the whole experience should look like.

There are so many variables in any service call that no two are the same. It wouldn't be fair to us, and it wouldn't be fair to you if we provided a price for a job that we haven't seen in person. We pride ourselves on doing the job right and making you aware upfront of any potential additional costs so you can make an informed decision. This requires a diagnostic of the situation before hand.

We, like most companies, don't like to work for free. The challenge when operating a service company is that it costs money to drive to your house and provide a diagnostic. For this reason we have a diagnostic fee to simply cover our cost for the call. Of course, if you agree to have the work done, the fee is waived.

Our warranty is 6 months on workmanship and for products and materials, we honour the warranty those manufacturers provide. However after 6 months a labour charge may apply even if the product is under warranty.

At Reliant Plumbing we know that you're likely less than excited to pay for a plumbing repair or alteration. We never proceed with work until you have been informed of the situation, the options to proceed, and of course, the cost for the work. No work will begin until you are fully aware of what needs to happen and you provide an authorization signature.
